Bridging Generations: A Valentine’s Day to Remember

This Valentine’s Day, Senior Helpers of Frisco brought together the youngest and wisest members of our community through a heartwarming initiative.

Through wonderful partnerships with Eldorado Montessori, Wisdom Montessori Academy, and The Montessori School at StarCreek, students crafted heartfelt, handwritten Valentine's cards for residents at the Bethesda Gardens, Saddlebrook Oxford Memory Care, The Parkview and The Landing at Watermere in Frisco, and Alexis Estates Gracious Retirement Living, and Discovery Village at Twin Creeks in Allen.

The joy was felt on both ends—children excitedly created colorful messages of love, while seniors cherished these thoughtful gestures. One resident shared, “This is the only Valentine’s card I’ve received this year,” while a veteran expressed, “I am overwhelmed by this beautiful creation of love.”

This initiative reminded us that love isn’t about grand gestures—it’s about simple acts of kindness that leave a lasting impact.
