As Nurses or Social Workers working with patients on the road to recovery from the hospital or rehab, or working with seniors trying to maintain as much independence as possible at home, you understand better than anyone that the transition home is far more complex than your patients or families understand.
Senior Helpers is now redefining the possibilities for these seniors at home with the introduction of a proprietary, research-based methodology that provides the most comprehensive assessment and customized guide to mitigating and removing the risks that send seniors to or back into the acute care environment.
Senior Helpers will be offering Continuing Education courses throughout the Hill Country to nurses and social workers introducing the revolutionary research, interventions and methods that will make Aging in Place a successful Journey!
These Continuing Education courses are approved nationally for Nurses and Social Workers. The courses are taught by Senior Helpers' President, Frank Hayes, MBA and Research Fellow with Performance Based Healthcare Solutions.
