They go the extra mile. Our experience of Senior Helpers is that they are very patient and make every effort to accommodate my father's wishes. Their practice of using the minimum number of different caregivers has made a world of difference in our quality of life. The other agency used up to 16 different people to cover a weeks worth of 24 hour shifts, and frequently there were new people introduced each week. Senior Helpers strives to keep the same few caregivers in place week after week and to only introduce new caregivers as absolutely necessary.
