Our Services

Senior Helpers of Buffalo places a priority on creating safe, caring and compassionate environments for all clients, while providing ongoing communication and follow-up plans which offer peace of mind for family members. Our free, no obligation in-home care interview is the process we use to help families evaluate care options for their loved one. Together we can prepare an informed, personalized care plan to meet their individual needs.

Our Initial In-home Care Assessment
Where to Start

Our Initial In-home Care Assessment

Since no two client’s needs are exactly alike, our no obligation in-home care interview will help your family evaluate care options and determine the type and level of assistance needed. We begin by selecting a convenient time to meet and assess the specific needs of your loved one. Together we’ll create a personalized care plan that outlines:

  • Your loved ones specific care goals, medical history and lifestyle
  • Design a personalized care plan based on the preferences and needs of the family
  • Select the right caregivers for your loved one
  • Evaluate pricing and payment options to best fit the family budget
  • Initiate care and outline an ongoing family communication plan
