Kaitlin, the owner and Jean, the Operations Manager, have truly gone above and beyond to find the right care providers for my senior. The on-boarding process was detailed and efficient. We were so very fortunate to have a care provider in place in a matter of days from my initial call. And, when something wasn’t working for my senior, Kaitlin responded immediately (during the holiday) and was able to resolve the situation promptly.

"Kaitlin, Jean, and Vicki are all fantastic - very professional, yet very personable, fun and very thorough in screening us. They offer a service that we really needed and were diligent in finding the right person for us.
My husband needs help walking, getting out of a chair, and using a walker/wheelchair. He also needs help in taking a shower. He has improved enough where he can get out of his chair by himself and get into his wheelchair. I then push him to where he wants to go. Our "helper" (Del) was very good with him and made sure he wore his gait belt.
My only "problem" is finding enough "other" duties for Del to perform when my husband was resting or in his chair watching TV or sleeping. With a four-hour minimum each visit, I felt bad that I couldn't fill up her time with things to do. She made breakfast or lunch, cleaned up the kitchen, washed/dried dishes, made the bed (or stripped and replaced with clean sheets), swept our deck, did laundry (wash/dried/folded) and placed our dead potted flowers in the trash. She was organized, came on time, very friendly and caring and we enjoyed having her help us. Thank you to Senior Helpers for being there for us when your service was really needed. "We decided it was necessary to bring in help for my dad in between the time he came home from the hospital after an illness, and when he moved to a local senior living facility.
