Going Home Safe – Recovery Care
Thanks to our LiFE Profile™ tool, we are able to create the most optimal care plan for you or your loved one, supporting your health and happiness at home.
Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care
Senior Helpers has developed a unique program called Senior Gems, specifically for our clients who suffer from dementia. It aims to honor their individuality, promote happiness and a sense of purpose, and assist them in leading a fulfilling life no matter how their condition changes over time.
Parkinson’s Care
Our trained caregivers for Needham seniors have undergone a specialized training and certification program, developed in collaboration with experts from the Parkinson’s Foundation Center of Excellence, to ensure that they are equipped to provide top-level care for our patients with Parkinson's disease.
Traditional Care
Our experienced caregivers offer not only friendly companionship but also practical assistance, alleviating the daily struggles of our clients. We can lend a hand with personal grooming and mobility, as well as remind them to take their medication, provide transportation, do some light cleaning, and so much more.
Transitional Care
Senior Helpers' approach to care, known as Staying Home Safe™, is designed to facilitate a seamless transition from hospitals or care facilities back to patients' homes. Our main focus is to create a safe, caring, and nurturing home environment for our seniors.
Round-the-Clock & Live-In Care
At Senior Helpers of Needham, we provide both full-time and live-in care options for those who need additional support or don't have family close by. Our live-in caregivers offer extra safety, connection, and a positive daily influence for our senior clients.
End-of-Life Support Care
Senior Helpers can provide you with the necessary support to smoothly transition into hospice care when the patient's focus shifts from recovery to comfort. Our team is well-trained in end-of-life caregiving, in both practical and emotional care, and is available round the clock to assist you during this difficult time.
