The promises we make to ourselves to better our bodies and our minds need to be based on lifestyle changes and not drastic measures. Creating extremely difficult goals can be intimidating and discouraging, so it’s best to make small steps. Even a little change can go a long way.
When it comes to eating healthier, it doesn’t have to mean eliminating everything that tastes great. It simply means to lower saturated fats, eat leaner meats and greener vegetables.
