Todd and his caregivers are absolutely top notch! I contacted them to help with my mother, who is wheelchair bound and limited in her self care. Todd personally introduced every caregiver brought to the house as well as covering schedule gaps himself when one of his caregivers had an emergency. His communication skills are absolutely the best. All the care needs are relayed expediently with Todd asking how you would like to proceed. The staff is knowledgeable, well trained, and super courteous/accommodating. Every aspect of your loved one's care is tracked and logged. From medicine intake to food stocks to maintaining the house, it's all monitored and logged online so you can check (and comment if you want) at any time. Household needs are relayed back to the client, and if it's small sundries like detergent or milk or what-have-you they'll pick it up on their way in for you. Todd and his crew treat you like extended family. They truly care about you and your loved one. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

Senior Helpers is not only a great place to work but it’s a great place to trust in caring for your love ones. Jessica and Todd are amazing people who only want the best not only for the clients but for the employees. They are very trustworthy and caring people.
