Senior Helpers was recommended to me by a colleague and I couldn’t have been more impressed. Rosie came to do the initial assessment for my grandmother and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately prior to services starting, my grandmother was placed in a rehab. When I called Rosie to tell her to cancel services and we were looking at assisted living as a long term solution, she stepped in and helped. She could have just said ok and went on with her day. It was a Sunday when messaged her and within minutes she put me in contact with an agency to help place my grandmother. She didn’t have to do that but she went above and beyond expectations. My grandmother is now in a safe place and well taken care of and Rosie was instrumental in making that happen!! Thank you so much Rosie!!!
