Building interpersonal relationships and staying active socially are both very important things for our health at every stage of life. Engaging socially in authentic relationships is critical to enjoying a high quality of living standards throughout the aging process.
It can become more difficult to form social bonds in old age, but social activities can resolve this and provide opportunities to make new friends. Getting involved in a hobby, such as art or woodworking by taking classes can allow you to find like-minded people to converse and interact with.
